KSP - Rentry at 4303 Ms

Apparently in Kerbal Space Program entering the atmosphere of Kerbin (Earth) at 9627.773 Mph or 4303 Ms does not incinerate your ship and lets you make a safe landing, WTF?

KSP - Career Mode!

i dont know about you, but i have been waiting for this for ages!

i find the new technology tree and space research quite exiting and fun. and there is finally a use for communications devices! you can send research data from a spacecraft to Kerbin. and there are new parts to go with it that can be used in research and exploration.

here you can see my small craft in my mission to see how some goo acts in space!
 i will be posting more KSP, Rome II and maybe even some Minecraft stuff soon.

Sims 3 - My joke family, gone wrong.

i thought it would be pretty funny to make a family in Sims that was designed not to work. with no doors on the building, no toilets and to baths. there was a kitchen that took up the whole lower floor, which was designed to be a fire hazard with no fire alarm.

and you guessed it, the kitchen set on fire about 5 times. i then took the fire alarm away, but this meant the fire didn't stop and one of the Sims was trapped in a small corridor. when the grim reaper came to get his body he couldn't because there was no door.......

i dont know what his wife and 5 children will do now, especially now there lodger is trapped in an underground swimming pool.

Rome II - The Battle Of Arse

i have successfully captured Spain's Arse. Libya has lost some of its provinces to revolt, Ive decided to take them for my self as the AI did to me a few turns ago. the mini map in this pic is out dated. the Spanish coast line is now under my control but Africa is proving difficult to control. it doesn't help that Libya keeps taking my provinces when they revolt.

Rome II - The Punic Wars End

this is the only Punic war, Carthage is set to be destroyed. its fleets pack enough punch to take an guarded fort but are destroyed by my legions the next. both Carthage and its ally Libya hold only 4 cities between them. i have captured Sicily and Carthago, the rest of their land has been torn apart by rebellion.

and so ends an era, an era where Carthage once controlled north Africa, south Spain and south Italy. but now a new era has begun, an era that carry's the Golden Eagles of Rome on its shoulders. An era of Total War!

my attention has been turned to the east and to the Greeks! who captured a rebel settlement i the southern part of Italy. when Legio I Italica was one turn from battle with them. my ally is bordering their territory, im sure they will want some action!

Rome II - Carthage The Pea Shooter.

After exploring Carthage's borders i have found that Carthage, the great super power that famously battled with Rome in the Punic wars! is ravaged by rebels and half their power if from Libya.

Carthage only controls 4 cities all of which are separated, Libya has 2 which are separated too! the only way they win battles against my 2600 man legions is at sea, my military ability at sea is like a turtle trying to fly. i am letting Syracuse live as they are at war with Carthage too, and it wouldn't be very honorable to destroy them just yet. i have taken their Capital City, with hardly any resistance.

as you can see i still have about 98% of the military power i had when i reinstated the legion, Legio III Frentensis is currently holding Carthago and will soon be joined by the IV and II Legions to capture Africa.

Rome II - Valley Of Tenstion

I have a very bad feeling that there is going to be trouble here.

i just hope they are going for each other rather than my town, i really cant fight Sparta and The Tribali if im in Africa.

Rome II - Battle for Alalia

Alalia was lost to the Etruscan League who had came to reclaim it after 5 years of Roman rule, Legio III Ferentis was completely destroyed in the seige. 2 years later Rome decided it was time to act the legion was reinstated with one simple goal......capture Alalia, destroy the Etruscan League and regain the Legions lost honor. The legion sailed to Alalia and began their assault.

 

here i used my favorite tactic letting them charge at my line of Hastati/Trarii and with veletes/archers or any ranged unit behind them. the result? they begin to charge my lines but come under heavy projectile fire most of which if flaming. this causes the AI to withdraw their troops just before getting the my line. this is repeated until they hit the line you then use local superiority to surround them and once killed return to line formation.

 

now this battle is known as The slaughter at Alalia, as it was hardly a battle. Legio III Ferentis came back to Rome around 2500 strong with only 75 casualties and the Etruscan Army destroyed, burnt from history.

Legio III now controls Alalia and the Etruscan's are no more.

Rome II - Carthage gunu die now.

I think the Punic wars are imminent, Carthage's borders have grown and i think they may even include Spain. my wars with Dalmatae and the Etruscan's have ended so i can focus my whole military might on securing the islands around the Italian peninsular.

hopefully Sparta will join the war, but i will not let them take any land. Legio III Ferentis will be redeployed to Sicily to secure both towns. i just hope there will only be one Punic War.
